Anna-Lena and Julius from Germany have spent their holidays several times in Madeira and literally fell in love with the island. They booked their vacation for September 2019 and afterwards they decided to get married on this lovely spot of earth. This couple had a clear vision of how they wished their elopement to Madeira to be.  The criteria was to legally marry with a Registrar, in a beautiful location, and have a great photographer to capture relaxed photos.  Oh and of course some champagne to celebrate.

They booked accommodation at Palheiro Village and reserved a room for the Ceremony within the classic hotel Casa Velha do Palheiro.  They gathered all the appropriate documents from Germany and enlisted my help to check the documents, book the Registrar and translator, book a photographer, order a bridal bouquet of flowers and co-ordinate the timings.

Following the Ceremony they enjoyed some Champagne and then had photos within the Palheiro gardens and downtown Funchal.
