Mila and Dana dreamed of a wedding on the beach, until they discovered that in Madeira, they could have a Ceremony above the clouds!

They enlisted my help to organise their day, including all their paperwork to legally marry.  With everything translated to Portuguese, they were able to complete the paperwork in the Conservatorio and then return to their hotel to get ready.

Their car came to collect them, with the fabulous photographer Nuno Andrade, and they travelled up the mountain to Pico do Arieiro where I was waiting for them with their gorgeous wedding bouquets from CS Flowers and with the rustic arch looking magical against a backdrop of clouds.

Enya was playing softly in the background during their Ceremony, where they shared their Vows and exchanged their rings and of course signed the wedding certificate as a special keepsake of the day.  As an elopement, with no guests to catch the bouquets, they chose to throw them onto the bed of clouds beyond.  After more photos they headed back down the mountain for photos in the forest and then down to the beach just before sunset.
