When you arrive in Madeira, we meet and run through everything you have planned.  Then on the day,  I am there to ensure that all your plans come together.  This includes ensuring that all suppliers know where they need to be (musicians and caterers), I ensure the flowers and button holes get given to the right people, the table plans are laid correctly and that the guests know where to find the drinks.  I can also hand out payments to suppliers, that you have put nicely in envelopes ready, so that you don’t need to be dealing with this on the day.

Having a Wedding Day Coordinator takes the stress out of your day and allows you to enjoy every minute.  It stops suppliers coming direct to you to check details so that you can spend time with your guests.
